AGE DETAILS :

Age Limit

• For LDC, Stenographer, Driver, Technical Posts: 18 – 27 Years
• For MTS & some support posts: 18 – 25 Years (as per similar previous DSSC notifications) 
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PwBD and other categories is applicable as per Government rules and details in the advertisement.

POST DETAILS, ELIGIBILITY and QUALIFICATION:

• LDC: 12th pass, typing speed 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer.
• Stenographer Grade II: 12th pass, dictation 10 minutes @ 80 wpm, transcription 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
• Civilian Motor Driver (OG): 10th / 12th pass with valid heavy vehicle driving licence and relevant experience.
• MTS (Office & Training): 10th pass.
• Technical / IT Posts (Network Administrator, Hardware Administrator, Supervisor (Networking)): Diploma / Degree / ITI in relevant trade as per detailed notification.
• Other Posts (Lineman, Boat Builder, Technical Attendant): Matric / ITI / trade qualification as prescribed.

Pay Scale (7th CPC Pay Matrix)

• Stenographer Grade II: Level 4 (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100)
• LDC, Driver, Network / Hardware / Supervisor, Lineman, Boat Builder: Level 2 (Rs. 19,900 – 63,200)
• MTS, Technical Attendant – Printing Machine Operator: Level 1 (Rs. 18,000 – 56,900)

Selection Process

• Written Examination (Objective type)
• Skill Test / Trade Test (where applicable – Typing, Stenography, Driving, Technical)
• Document Verification
• Medical Fitness as per DSSC norms

HOW TO APPLY

• Fill the application form carefully with all required personal, educational and experience details.
• Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificates, etc.
• Attach a self-addressed envelope (10 x 22 cm) with appropriate postage stamps, if specified.
• Superscribe the envelope with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______”.
