Age Limit
BEML Age Relaxation 2026
- Age, Qualification, and Experience are reckoned as on 01.08.2026.
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit.
- OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years relaxation in upper age limit.
- PwD candidates: additional 10 years relaxation, over and above the relaxation admissible for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates; permissible for candidates with a minimum of 40% disability.
- The upper age limit can be relaxed for candidates in all categories, subject to equivalent years of excess PQE – however, the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years (58 years for Position Code 102).
- Candidates applying for Position Code 102 must have served as Brigadier from the Indian Army; the maximum age cap for this position is 58 years.

- Nationality: Indian nationals (to be confirmed in the detailed advertisement, as per BEML’s standard practice).

- While filling the experience section, list the latest experience first followed by previous ones, and write a “pen picture” of at least 150 words for each experience relevant to the position applied for. Unclear or irrelevant information in this section will lead to rejection of candidature.
