Mining Sirdar, T&S Gr. C
Option 1:
- Matriculate or equivalent examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
- Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 2017, or any other certificate in Mining entitling the applicant to work as Mining Sirdar as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017.
- Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
Option 2:
- Matriculate or equivalent examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
- Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering from any recognized Institute.
- Valid Overman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 2017, or any other certificate in Mining entitling the applicant to work as Mining Sirdar as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017.
- Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
Surveyor, T&S Gr. B
Option 1:
- Matriculate or equivalent examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
- Valid Surveyors’ Certificate of Competency (SCC) granted under Coal Mines Regulation 2017, or any other certificate in Mining entitling the applicant to work as Surveyor in Mines as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017.
Option 2:
- Degree or Diploma in Mining/Mine Surveying Engineering from any recognized Institute.
- Valid Surveyors’ Certificate of Competency (SCC) granted under Coal Mines Regulation 2017, or any other certificate in Mining entitling the applicant to work as Surveyor in Mines as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017.
The prescribed minimum/essential qualifications are the minimum requirement; candidates possessing higher and relevant qualifications may also apply. Qualifications acquired through distance learning/part-time study or their equivalent will not be considered.
