HOW TO APPLY
- Step 1 – Registration: Visit the Board’s website www.ukmssb.org and click on “Apply Now.” Then click on “Candidate, Register Here” to complete the registration. A valid email ID and mobile number are required for registration. Upload scanned passport size photo (max 50 KB, JPG) and signature (max 50 KB, JPG).
- Step 2 – Application Submission: Login with your Registration Number and Password. Click on “Health Worker (FEMALE) Examination-2025” and proceed. Fill all required details including personal information, educational qualifications (enter total marks obtained in all semesters/years of ANM course), category, sub-category, district preference in order of priority, and upload the combined PDF of all required documents. Carefully review all entries before proceeding.
- Step 3 – Final Submission & Fee Payment: After thoroughly checking all entries, click “I Agree” and submit the application. Then pay the applicable application fee online via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card before the last date of 04 May 2026 (up to 5:00 PM). After payment, download and keep a copy of the final submitted application form for future reference.
