Salary :

Rs. 1,40,545/- per month (Plus TA & DA on TA as applicable)

Selection Process

The selection for ESIC Medical College Kalaburagi Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following stages:

• Document Verification & Registration: Candidates must register between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on 27-04-2026. No candidate will be entertained after 10:30 AM.
• Scrutiny: Applications along with requisite fee will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the Walk-in-Interview. If the number of applicants is large, the selection committee may devise criteria for short-listing which may include holding a Screening Test.
• Personal Interview: Interviews will be conducted on 29-04-2026 from 9:30 AM onwards at the Office of the Dean, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi. 50% of total marks is the minimum criteria for eligibility for selection.
• Final Selection: Final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview. A waiting list will be prepared and will be valid for a period of 2 months from the date of release of result. Final result will be published on the website at https://www.esic.gov.in/recruitments.

Documents Required

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies and 2 passport size photographs:

• SSC/10th Standard Certificate (proof of age),
• MBBS Certificate,
• PG/DNB Certificate,
• Registration with Karnataka State Medical Council (KMC)/NMC (MBBS/PG),
• Caste Certificate (if applicable),
• Experience Certificate (if any),
• Proof of ID (Aadhaar Card and PAN Card),
• Passport size 2 photographs,
• and any other relevant documents.

HOW TO APPLY

• Step 1 – Download Application Form: Obtain the application form enclosed with the official advertisement from the ESIC website esic.gov.in.
• Step 2 – Fill Application Form: Fill all required details including department applied for, personal details, date of birth, address, educational qualifications, employment history, and category carefully before arriving at the venue.
• Step 3 – Prepare Documents: Arrange all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies, 2 passport size photographs, Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (if applicable), and category/reservation certificates issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.
• Step 4 – Report for Registration: Report at ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi by 9:00 AM on 27-04-2026 for registration. No candidate will be entertained after 10:30 AM.
• Step 5 – Appear for Interview: Attend the personal interview on 29-04-2026 from 9:30 AM onwards at the Office of the Dean, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi.
