Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
- Age Relaxation: Up to 10 years (Male, General Category), 15 years (Female, General Category), 15 years (Male, Reserved Category), 20 years (Female, Reserved Category) for Disabled Candidates.
POST DETAILS, ELIGIBILITY and QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering obtained from an Institutions recognised by the Government or any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared to be deemed as University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; OR posses an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government: Provided that the candidate holding Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering shall not be eligible to apply.
- Have passed one/two years Surveyor course from the Industrial Training Institute recognised by the Government.
- Basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Salary / Stipend :
- Fixed pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month for the first five years.
- After completion of five years, if the service is satisfactory, the candidate will be eligible for regular appointment in the pay scale of Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/- (Level-4) of the Seventh Pay Commission.
