POST DETAILS, ELIGIBILITY and QUALIFICATION:

| Educational Qualification | Graduation / Degree in Agriculture or allied subjects from a recognized University with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Preference will be given to candidates having specializations in Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, or Agricultural Engineering. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in agricultural lending / rural banking in Scheduled Commercial Banks, Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), NABARD, or any other financial institutions. |
| Prior Employment | Candidates currently employed in other banks/financial institutions must submit proper relieving letter and experience certificates. |
| Computer Knowledge | Working knowledge of MS Office and core banking software will be an added advantage. |
