(iii) Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience at Assistant Professor level (or equivalent) in a University/College/Accredited Research Institution, with minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 75 as per Appendix II, Table 2 of UGC Regulation No. F.1-2/2017(EC/PS), 18th July 2018. |
| Professor (Pay Level-14) – Option A | (i) Ph.D. degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline with published work of high quality; minimum 10 research publications (Clause-12) and a total research score of 120 as per Appendix II, Table 2 of UGC Regulation No. F.1-2/2017(EC/PS), 18th July 2018. Research Score Augmentation for Papers (as per Thomson Reuters Impact Factor): Papers in refereed journals without impact factor – 5 Points; Impact factor <1 – 10 Points; between 1 and 2 – 15 Points; between 2 and 5 – 20 Points; between 5 and 10 – 25 Points; >10 – 30 Points. Two authors: 70% of total value each; more than two authors: 70% for First/Principal/Corresponding author and 30% for each joint author.
