| Prior Apprenticeship | Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act-1961 anywhere (Govt./PSU/Private) are NOT eligible. |
| CGPA Conversion | Candidates awarded CGPA/GPA/SGPA or letter grades must produce authenticated conversion formula from their Institute/University. If no formula is available, NPCIL’s standard conversion table will be applied (e.g., 6.5/10 = 60%, 7.0/10 = 65%). |
| Aadhar Card | Compulsory. Aadhaar must be linked with candidate’s bank account. |
| Police Verification | Mandatory – MAPS Kalpakkam is a highly prohibited area. Apprentices will be engaged only after submission of Police Verification Certificate issued by District Police Authorities. |

Stage 1 – Merit-Based Shortlisting

| Local Preference | Preference given to candidates from neighbouring villages within 16 km radius of MAPS Plant Site. If all trades are not filled by local candidates, merit list is extended to other applicants. |

- Step 2: Download the Application Form (Annexure-1) from www.npcil.nic.in > HR Management > Opportunities. Verify your eligibility before filling the form.
- Step 3: Fill in the application form completely in Block Letters. Affix a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided. Sign the declaration.
- Step 4: Attach self-attested copies of all required documents (see list below).
- Step 5: Send the complete application by post to reach on or before 30/06/2026 at:
