Shortlisting for Document Verification: Candidates are shortlisted based on merit and available seats. Tentative date of publication of shortlist is 05 August 2026.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear in person with original documents. Tentatively scheduled from 11 August 2026 to 18 August 2026.
Pre-Engagement Medical Examination: Candidates must pass a medical fitness test as prescribed under the Apprentices Act. Only candidates declared medically fit will proceed.
Offer of Engagement: Candidates whose documents and medical fitness are found in order will receive a formal engagement offer.
IOCL Apprentice Salary 2026
The stipend for IOCL Apprentice 2026 will be paid as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) along with Corporation’s guidelines. The official notification does not mention a specific monthly stipend amount. Apprentices will not receive HRA or Company accommodation. They will, however, receive accident insurance coverage and safety equipment (safety shoes and helmet) for selected trades.

Ensure your profile is registered and 100% correctly updated on the relevant NAPS or NATS portal.
Log in to the NAPS/NATS portal using your User ID/Email ID and apply for the apprenticeship opportunity under the applicable refinery’s Establishment ID.
After successfully applying on NAPS/NATS, go back to www.iocl.com and click on the Microsoft Forms link for your refinery unit.
Submit the additional information form with the same Enrolment No./Student ID/Registration No. used in Step I.
Ensure all details in both steps are identical and correct.
