The Indian Army Agniveer selection process consists of the following stages:

Indian Army Agniveer Phase 2 Recruitment Process 2026
Candidates shortlisted in the Agniveer Result 2026 will be called for the Phase 2 recruitment process, which evaluates physical fitness, physical standards, and medical fitness.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
The Physical Fitness Test evaluates a candidate’s endurance and strength through a timed run, pull-ups, a 9-feet ditch jump, and zig-zag balance. Candidates are grouped based on their running time, and marks are awarded accordingly for the run and pull-up events, while the ditch and balance events are qualifying in nature.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
