JKPSC CCE Admit Card 2026 for the Jammu & Kashmir Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2025 will be available for download from 15 June 2026 on the official website jkpsc.nic.in. The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released the official date sheet confirming that the Mains exam will be held from 23 June 2026 to 1 July 2026.

  1. Visit the official JKPSC website at jkpsc.nic.in.
  2. Look for the “What’s New” section on the homepage.
  3. Click on the link that reads “Admit Card – J&K Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2025”.
  4. Enter your Application Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth or Password in the login fields.
  5. Click the Submit button to access your admit card.
  6. Download and save the admit card as a PDF.
  7. Take a colour printout on A4-size paper and keep at least two copies ready.

Exam Pattern

Understanding the exam pattern is essential before appearing for the Mains examination. The JKPSC CCE Mains consists of descriptive/written papers spread across multiple subjects, as outlined below.

JKPSC CCE Selection Process 2025-26

The JKPSC Combined Competitive Examination follows a three-stage selection process. Each stage is eliminatory, meaning only those who clear one stage are eligible to proceed to the next.

  1. Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination: Objective-type screening test consisting of two papers. Results used only for shortlisting; marks are not counted in the final merit. The JKPSC CCE Prelims 2025 was held on 7 December 2025.
  2. Stage 2 – Mains Examination: Descriptive written examination consisting of 8 papers (1 qualifying + 7 merit papers). Scheduled from 23 June to 1 July 2026. Carries the highest weightage in the final selection.
  3. Stage 3 – Personality Test / Interview: Final stage for candidates who clear the Mains. Assesses overall suitability for administrative service roles. Combined scores from Mains and the Personality Test determine the final merit list.
  • Domicile: Must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Qualification: Must have cleared the J&K Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2025 and must satisfy all conditions under Notification No. 03-PSC (DR-P) of 2026 dated 13.02.2026.
  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognised Indian university, or an equivalent foreign degree approved by the Government.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years; Maximum 32 years (relaxation applicable for reserved categories and in-service candidates as per government norms).
  • In-Service Candidates: Must have completed at least 2 years of substantive service as of 01-01-2025 to claim upper-age relaxation.
