Educational Qualification & Experience (Summary)
For AGM (Grade C):
- Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience (out of which minimum 7 years in relevant domain).
- Relevant professional qualifications (CA, CMA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, etc.) as per discipline.
- Last drawn position should be equivalent to Scale III or Grade B / E4-E5 level.
For DGM (Grade D):
- Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience (out of which minimum 11 years in relevant domain).
- Relevant professional qualifications (CA, CMA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, etc.) as per discipline.
- Last drawn position should be equivalent to Scale IV or Grade C / E5-E6 level.
