The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has officially released the List of Eligible Candidates for Application Scrutiny for two major recruitment advertisements – Advertisement No. 124/2025-26 for Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil), Class-2, and Advertisement No. 98/2025-26 for Inspector of Inspection of Building and Other Construction, Class-II. The result lists were published on 25 June 2026 and are available on the official GPSC portal. Candidates who appeared in the preliminary examination can now check whether their seat number appears in the eligible list and proceed with the online document upload process.

All eligible candidates must upload the required documents online at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in. Physical or postal submissions will not be accepted. Below is the complete list of documents required:

1. Copy of SSC Credit Certificate (as proof of date of birth – school leaving certificate will not be accepted)
2. Government Gazette copy or Marriage Registration Certificate (if name/surname has been changed)
3. Caste Certificate from a competent authority (for SC, ST, and SEBC candidates)
4. Appendix-K in Gujarati format with specific application number and date (for SEBC candidates) – Annexure-A in English or for central government recruitment will not be accepted
5. Medical certificate in the prescribed format from a Government Hospital Superintendent/Civil Surgeon/Medical Board (for Divyang/PwD candidates)
6. Copy of Discharge Book (for Ex-Servicemen candidates)
7. Marriage Registration Certificate or gazette copy of name change (for married women candidates)
8. Affidavit of non-remarriage (for widow candidates)
9. Sports certificate in the prescribed format (if applicable, for Class-3 posts)
10. All semester/year marksheets of graduation
11. Graduation degree certificate
12. All semester/year marksheets of post-graduation (if required as per advertisement)
13. Post-graduation degree certificate (if required)
14. Internship completion certificate (for medical, dental, and veterinary posts, if applicable)
15. Council registration certificate (if required as per advertisement)
16. PhD degree certificate (if required)
17. NET/SLET certificate (if required)
18. Proof of equivalence of foreign university degree (if applicable)
19. Orders/authorization documents establishing the equivalence of qualification (if claiming equivalent qualification)
20. No Objection Certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority (for existing Gujarat Government employees – to be submitted in original at interview)
21. Experience certificates (showing type of work, pay scale from start, and designation – as required per advertisement)
22. Research papers (if required)
23. Xerox copy of fee receipt (for unreserved/general category candidates)
24. Medical certificate regarding physical measurements (if required)
