The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has officially announced the result of the Jharkhand Combined Civil Services (Backlog) Preliminary (PT) Examination-2023, advertised under Advertisement No. 06/2026. The result was published on 24 May 2026 and is available on the official JPSC website. Candidates who have qualified for the PT exam must now apply online for the Mains (Written) Backlog Competitive Examination, scheduled for 25, 26, and 27 July 2026.

JPSC CCS Backlog Mains Exam 2026 – Schedule and Paper Structure
The JPSC Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Backlog Main (Written) Examination 2023 will be conducted across three consecutive days in two sessions per day. Each session is three hours long. The full schedule is as follows.

A total of six papers will be held over three days, with two papers conducted each day in morning and afternoon sessions respectively.
How to Check JPSC CCS Backlog PT Result 2026 ?
- Visit the official JPSC website at www.jpsc.gov.in.
- Look for the press release or result notification for Advertisement No. 06/2026.
- Open the result PDF titled “Jharkhand Combined Civil Services (Backlog) P.T. Examination-2023 Result.”
- Search for your roll number in the list of selected candidates.
- If your roll number appears, you are eligible to apply for the Mains examination.
Submission of Hard Copy to JPSC Office
In addition to the online application, candidates are required to send a physical (hard copy) of their application and documents to the JPSC office. Missing this step may lead to cancellation of candidature.
- The hard copy must include a downloaded printout of the online application and self-attested copies of all uploaded certificates.
- It must be sent via Speed Post / Registered Post or by hand to:
Pariksha Niyantrak, Jharkhand Lok Seva Aayog, Circular Road, Ranchi – 834001 - Deadline for receipt of hard copy at the JPSC office: 10 July 2026 (up to 5:00 PM).
- The envelope must clearly mention in bold: Advertisement No. 06/2026, Registration Number, and Exam Name – “Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Mains (Written) Backlog Competitive Examination-2023.”
- Hard copies received after the deadline will not be accepted, and the candidature will be cancelled. The candidate will be solely responsible for this.
