Selection Process

Stage	Details
Stage 1: NATS Portal Registration	Candidates must register on https://nats.education.gov.in and obtain a NATS Enrolment ID before applying. Bank details must be entered for DBT stipend processing.
Stage 2: Online Application on STPI Portal	Apply online on www.stpi.in (Career Section) on or before 11/05/2026. Enter the NATS Enrolment ID in the application form.
Stage 3: Shortlisting	Applications screened based on eligibility criteria – qualification, discipline, age, and NATS registration.
Stage 4: Interview	Shortlisted candidates called for interview. Final selection based on marks obtained in the interview.

HOW TO APPLY

• Step 1: Register on the NATS Portal at https://nats.education.gov.in and obtain your unique NATS Enrolment ID (refer to Annexure A in the notification for step-by-step instructions).
• Step 2: Visit STPI’s official website www.stpi.in → Career Section.
• Step 3: Fill in the online application form with all required details including the NATS Enrolment ID.
• Step 4: Upload required documents as specified in the application form.
• Step 5: Submit the online application on or before 11/05/2026.
• Step 6: Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.

Step 2	Enrol as a Student	Click “Enroll” under Student section → Read eligibility criteria → Click “Yes” if eligible → Proceed to Enrollment Form
Step 3	Fill Personal Information	Enter name, date of birth, gender, email, mobile number → Create login ID and password → Enter Aadhaar number and other identification details
Step 4	Fill Educational Details	Select highest qualification (Diploma / Graduate) → Enter institution name, year of passing, percentage/CGPA
Step 5	Fill Communication & Bank Details	Enter present and permanent address → Enter bank account number, IFSC code, and bank name (for DBT stipend processing)
Step 6	Review and Submit	Review all details carefully → Submit the registration form → Unique NATS Enrolment ID generated and sent to registered email ID
