Selection Process
Selection for RRC NWR Act Apprentice training follows this process:
- Online applications are invited against the notified trade-wise and unit-wise vacancies.
- A trade-wise and community-wise merit list is prepared based on the average of marks obtained in 10th standard and ITI.
- Candidates are shortlisted at 1.5 times the number of available slots for document verification and screening.
- A Screening Committee verifies original documents and certificates of shortlisted candidates.
- A provisional training panel is issued for candidates who successfully clear document verification, subject to approval of the Divisional Railway Manager.
