The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially released the Document Verification (DV) Call Letter for the Paramedical Staff recruitment under CEN 03/2025. Candidates who appeared in the CBT-I examination held on 11, 12, and 13 March 2026 and have been shortlisted can now download their DV call letter directly from the official portal at rrbapply.gov.in.Â

How to Download RRB Paramedical Staff DV Call Letter 2026 ?

- Visit the official RRB DV portal: rrbapply.gov.in
- On the login page, enter your Enrollment Number or Registration Number.
- Enter your Date of Birth in the required format.
- Fill in the captcha code if prompted.
- Click the Login / Submit button.
- Your DV Call Letter will appear on the screen.
- Download it and take a printout for use during the document verification process.
RRB Paramedical Staff 2025 – Selection Process
The RRB Paramedical Staff recruitment follows a three-stage selection process. Candidates shortlisted at each stage proceed to the next until final appointment.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT-I) – Written examination conducted across multiple cities.
- Document Verification (DV) – Verification of original academic, identity, and category certificates.
- Medical Examination – Fitness test as per Railway medical standards.

- Registration Certificate from the relevant State/National Council (wherever applicable)

- PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
- Discharge Certificate (for Ex-Servicemen)
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
