The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB) has declared the GSSSB Wireman Provisional Result 2026 on 25 June 2026 for the recruitment of Wireman, Class-3 posts under Advertisement No. 311/202526. GSSSB Wireman Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
This section explains how the 210-question paper was structured and how marks were calculated for each section, which is essential for understanding the scores shown in the result PDF.
The Wireman CBRT exam consisted of two parts:
- Part-A: Originally 60 questions worth 60 marks. One question was later cancelled based on the Final Answer Key, so marks for Part-A were calculated out of the remaining 59 questions. Each correct answer was awarded +1.01695 marks, and each incorrect answer attracted a penalty of -0.25424 marks.
- Part-B: 150 questions worth 150 marks. Each correct answer was awarded +1.00 mark, and each incorrect answer attracted a penalty of -0.25 marks.
