| Hindi Requirement | Must have passed Matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects, OR must have done +2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects – before the cut-off date of qualification (23-06-2026). |
| Nationality / Domicile | As per Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997. Reserved category benefits only for bonafide Haryana residents. |
| Disqualification – Marriage | No person who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or who has married again while having a living spouse, is eligible. (Exception as per personal law at High Court’s discretion.) |
| Government Employees | Applicants in service of Punjab/Haryana Government, other State Governments, Government of India, High Court, Subordinate Courts, or UT Chandigarh must obtain and keep a No Objection Certificate from their Head of Office/Department.
