| Post Graduate Candidates | Candidates who have completed Post Graduate qualification are NOT eligible. |
| Work Experience | Candidates with work experience of 1 year or more after educational qualification are NOT eligible. |
| Years Since Qualifying Exam | Candidates should not have completed 5 years after passing the qualifying examination. |
| Prior Apprenticeship | Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship in any organisation under the Apprentices Act 1961 are NOT eligible. |

What is the eligibility for Punjab & Sind Bank Apprentice 2026?
Eligible candidates must:
Be Indian citizen or fall under specified foreign‑national categories.
Hold a Regular Graduation degree from a recognized university by 06‑06‑2026.
Be 20–28 years as on 01‑05‑2026 (with relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/widows/1984‑riot‑affected).
Have 100% completed profile on both NAPS and NATS portals.
Not be PG‑qualified, no ≥1 year work experience after graduation, and not previously/currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act.
What is the stipend and training duration?
Selected Apprentices will get a monthly stipend of ₹12,300 for a 12‑month training period (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with no daily/conveyance or travel allowance. Apprentices are not treated as Bank employees and have no right to permanent absorption.
