• Mizo Language Proficiency: Mandatory requirement. However, exemption is granted to candidates who have studied Mizo up to HSLC (Class-X) or above.
• Computer Proficiency: As prescribed by Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. Candidates must possess Computer Proficiency Certificate.

Selection Process Stages:

1. Written Examination: Candidates will be required to appear for a written examination based on the prescribed syllabus available on the official MPSC website
2. Document Verification: Candidates qualifying in the written examination will be called for document verification
3. Mizo Language Proficiency Test: Wherever applicable (exemption for candidates who studied Mizo up to HSLC or above)

HOW TO APPLY

• Step 1: Visit MPSC Online Portal – Go to https://mpsconline.mizoram.gov.in/
• Step 2: One-Time Registration (for New Users) – If you are a new user, complete one-time registration on the portal before 19-06-2026 (4:00 PM). Existing users can directly login.
• Step 3: Login to Portal – Login using your registered credentials
• Step 4: Fill Application Form – Fill the online application form carefully with all required details and choose post preferences (post preference option once exercised is final)
• Step 5: Upload Documents – Upload scanned copies of all required documents as per specifications
• Step 6: Pay Application Fee – Pay application fee online (if applicable) through available payment modes. PwBD candidates are exempted from fee payment.
• Step 7: Submit Application – Review all details carefully and submit the application
• Step 8: Verify Submission – Verify that your application status shows “Submitted” after payment. Take printout of submitted application for future reference.
