- Accountant: Intermediate of ICAI or ICMAI
- Assistant (HR) / Assistant (Administration) / Assistant (Secretarial Service): BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration). Basic knowledge of Computer is preferable

Salary :
- S-6 Grade: ₹27,710 – 3% – ₹53,590/-
Selection Process :
The mode of selection shall be through Computer Based Test (CBT) of the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per the advertisement. The mode of selection may be changed, if required, at the discretion of Management.
Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Question paper will be bilingual (English/Hindi).
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- 0.25 negative marking for each incorrect answer.
- Total duration of the test is 90 minutes.

- Finalization of eligible candidates for CBT will be done before the date of CBT based on scrutiny of online applications and uploaded documents.
- Admit Card will be available for download on Candidate Registration Portal.
- Result and final list of selected candidates will be uploaded on MECON website.
- Selected candidates will undergo Medical Examination at Company’s Hospital (Ispat Hospital, Shyamali, Ranchi). The decision of the Medical Board will be final and binding.
