Selected candidates under RITES Assistant HR Recruitment 2026 will be appointed on regular basis in the IDA pay scale with attractive CTC and benefits.
- Pay Scale: Assistant (HR) – Rs. 20,000–66,000 (IDA) with approximate CTC of about Rs. 8.16 lakh per annum at the minimum of the scale.
- Perks & Benefits: DA, fixed/variable allowances, performance related pay, HRA/lease accommodation, PF, gratuity, post‑retirement medical scheme, medical facility, group insurance, leave and other benefits as per company rules; initial probation period is one year.
RITES Assistant HR Selection Process 2026
The RITES Assistant HR selection process 2026 consists of a written test followed by document scrutiny and medical examination.
- Written Test: 125 objective questions (English, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Reasoning & General Awareness) of 1 mark each, duration 2.5 hours, no negative marking; minimum qualifying marks 50% for UR/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC‑NCL/PwBD against reserved posts.
- Document Scrutiny & Panel: Based on written test result and vacancies, documents of shortlisted candidates are scrutinised; final merit panel is prepared solely on written test scores (100% weightage) subject to medical fitness as per RITES rules.
